Monarch Pool Service now provides Reverse Osmosis for pools!
Monarch Pool Service now provides an alternative to draining your pool water in The Valley of the Sun. Whether your pool is a small, residential play pool or a large, resort style commercial pool, Arizona now has a conservation conscious option to keeping your pool water in excellent condition using reverse osmosis technology. Our mobile Reverse Osmosis process is the perfect solution for Arizona residents who have water wells because we can remove hazardous trace elements such as arsenic and other heavy metals while saving you hundreds, possibly thousands, of dollars not having to completely refill your well.
Reverse Osmosis Mobile Filtration is the best and most efficient way to lower calcium hardness, total dissolved solids, cyanuric acid, phosphates, salts and waterborne diseases without draining the swimming pool. This technology is mobile which means it comes to your residential or commercial property and purifies the water onsite. With water at a premium, this is an easy choice to allow you and your bathers to enjoy the best swim experience.
Proudly serving Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and more!
The need for this service has never been greater. The concept of mobile filtration has been around for decades, while using it to purify swimming pool water is relatively new. As drought conditions continue throughout the world, the need for trailer-mounted, self-contained mobile filtration units will increase.
In less than a day, our mobile filtration unit will lower or remove the TDS, calcium, excess stabilizer (CYA), phosphates, nitrates, viruses, etc. We will give you back a clean, healthy pool; all while conserving nearly 85% of your existing water. Your pool will be as pure as if you had filled it with bottled drinking water!
Here are some other benefits:
- Lowers calcium hardness and Total Dissolved Solids without draining the swimming pool
- Reduces excess stabilizer (CYA/Conditioner)
- Gives you back clean, healthy pool water while conserving up to 85% of the existing water!
- Provides your family with cleaner water with less chlorine usage
- Removes waterborne diseases
- No DOWNTIME! You can actually swim in the pool while the process is being performed
- Less calcium staining on your tile and liner of the swimming pool
- Water conservation!
Ultimately, we provide a much better end product than tap water. We guarantee our customers that the water in their swimming pool, after the process is done, will be lower in calcium than if they had drained and refilled the pool instead. Since our process conserves up to 85% of the existing water in a swimming pool, it’s an effective alternative when water conservation is at an all time high. Other benefits include zero downtime for the swimming pool (you can swim in the pool while the process is being performed) and, since the pool surface is never exposed, it can prevent the possibility of the cracking of plaster, floating of vinyl liners or pools popping out of the ground once the water weight has been removed.
People often ask us if this process is safe. Absolutely! In fact, you can actually swim in the pool during the process. There are no power cords or electricity in or near your pool, nor are they laying around for someone to trip on. An inch and a half hose with a Virginia Graeme Baker Act (VGBA) compliant fitting is placed in one end of the pool to draw the water back to the trailer for treatment and another inch and a half hose returns the clean (drinkable!) water back to your pool. That’s it! We are 100% self-contained and do not need to inconvenience you for electricity or extension cords or an outlet.
So, how is this process done? Aside from calcium, magnesium, and salt, there is so much more in your pool that we need to pull out to really make it clean! Algae, body oils, suntan lotion, phosphates, waterborne diseases etc. are just a few and to get all of that out of the water we have to run your water through a complex series of pipes, tubes, vessels and chambers. We have to neutralize the chlorine, introduce an anti-scalant, and run the water through an ultraviolet light to make sure it is as pure as it can be and trust us when we say you can drink the filtered pool water!
People also ask how long this process lasts. While it is somewhat difficult to give an exact timeline, at a minimum, each pool should be filtered at least every two years! Factors that can change this are saltwater pools, pools with decorative water features, and negative edge pools might need to be filtered more because scaling occurs quicker and saltwater chlorinators struggle with high levels of calcium hardness. To be honest, we have customers that want us back in six months, one year, two years and three years and the easiest way to answer this is to have your pool water filtered at least every two years. Trust us when we say, you will begin to notice a difference in the quality and clarity of the water which is usually the biggest sign that it’s time to have us back.
Remember, when you choose to have your pool water filtered regularly, you can prevent excess scaling, damage to the interior finish and filtration equipment. Think of our service as a required maintenance for your swimming pool and a way to protect your investment. In the end, you will love swimming in drinking quality water and will definitely notice a difference when higher levels of calcium hardness returns!
